One of my favourite parts of marketing is collaboration, bringing together different people, with different expertise, to build something great. No project happens in isolation, and I love seeing how an idea can come to life when everyone works towards the same goal.
How collaboration translates into my daily life:
Working across team – I work hand in hand with sales, finance, supply chain, and other teams to make sure marketing strategies align with business priorities and operational realities. A strong brand is also a strong team, aligned on the same core value and message of the company.
External partners – Whether it’s designers, agencies, suppliers, web developers, or packaging experts, I coordinate and manage external stakeholders who provide the expertise and knowledge needed at a key point of a projects.
Aligning with leadership – Strategies need to approve and buy-in, they need to be presented, explained, and championed. I ensure that C-suite executives see the vision come to life by demonstrating how marketing efforts drive business objectives and ROI.
